After getting several quotes, Sealedry was the most competitive, had the quickest availability and had all the necessary insurance coverage. The crew arrived on time, was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will recommend you to anyone who needs painting done.
Erwin and his guys did a great job with painting several rooms inside our home. The painters were professional, arrived on time each day, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I feel like I’m living in a new house. I love it!
These guys are amazing. I call up for a quote, and they scheduled an appointment with me for later that week. They didn’t pressure me to sign any paperwork after the consultation and quote. When I called a few days later to set up the painting, they worked around my schedule to make sure it was convenient for me.
Aidan and his crew saved me from having to tear the walls of my home down. After waterproofing the stucco, I have no evidence of moisture in the walls. Other houses in my development can’t say the same thing. Thank you Sealedry!
We’re not sure that you should…yet. Let’s start by having a conversation first. We’ll ask your opinion on some items, we’ll conduct on onsite survey of the work you’d like to have performed, and decide an appropriate course of action. Then we can decide if we are a good fit for one another. Sound good?
Not exactly. The reason why different types of paint have such vastly different price points is due to the quality and characteristics of the paint. The amount and the quality of pigments, resins, and other additives can determine the quality of the paint. The higher the quality of the “ingredients”, the more vivid the colors, the less coats you’ll have to apply, and the more durable the paint will be.
Not every home with defects in the application of stucco will require all the walls to be torn down. If it is caught early on enough, there are alternatives if structural damage hasn’t already occurred. We’ve been successfully applying a waterproof barrier on stucco and other masonry siding types, to stop the intrusion of moisture. This has kept the interior building materials dry, and structurally sound. But don’t wait too long. In order for this to be an effective, permanent solution, it has to be applied before the major damage has already occurred.
